A leadership that has grown through 43 editions thanks to a blend of cutting-edge technologies, sustainability, and new concept and format proposals capable of anticipating tomorrow's market trends.
The countdown is ticking faster and faster. And the interest of operators is multiplying accordingly. Because what will take place at Fieramilano in Rho from Friday, October 13th to Tuesday, October 17th, promises to be an edition of HostMilano that will revisit the record levels of the pre-Covid era.
The numbers themselves confirm it. There are over 2,000 exhibitors, of which 40% are international from 50 countries. Besides Italy, the top five countries in terms of exhibitors include Germany, Spain, France, and the United States, who see HostMilano as an opportunity to do ‘world-to-world’ business. Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Portugal follow, along with Türkiye and China.
The secret? HostMilano's ability to combine a comprehensive overview of innovation in the entire professional hospitality sector with in-depth insights into individual sectors, thanks to a layout that covers the entire exhibition area and is divided into three macro areas that highlight the supply chain affinities between specialized sectors: Food Service Equipment-Bakery, Pizza, and Pasta (38% of exhibitors); Coffee-Tea, Bar-Coffee Machines-Vending, Gelato-Pastry (42%); Furniture-Technology and Tableware (20%).
The world meets manufacturers in Milan
Companies from all sectors will meet not only thousands of professional operators but also highly profiled hosted buyers selected by Fiera Milano in 75 countries on all continents, in collaboration with ICE-ITA Agency for target markets. Particularly relevant are the delegations from the Americas (41%), the Gulf and Middle Eastern countries (21%), and Eurasia (30%). Just to mention a few names: LinkedIn (USA), with its global corporate hospitality programs; Royal Caribbean Cruise (Norway), which holds a 26.5% share of the global cruise market with a fleet of 42 ships; Sodexo (France), providing services to 100 million consumers in 53 countries; Minor International Co. (Thailand), a multinational hospitality company that manages over 3,000 properties in 62 countries.
A leadership that has been consolidated through 43 editions thanks to the ability to identify, present, and promote sustainable innovation that not only responds to market demands but proactively anticipates the future. A testament to this is the Smart Label - Host Innovation Award, a recognition in collaboration with POLI.design and under the patronage of ADI - Association for Industrial Design, featuring a schedule of over 800 events.
