Paola Miglio

Graduated in Linguistics and Literature at the University PUCP. Journalist, writer, editor and gastronomy activist. She was a restaurant critic for the Peruvian newspaper El Comercio and is currently editor and partner of the gastronomy site www.eltrinche.com, as well as co-founder of La Higuera, a database of Latin American women in gastronomy. She co-edited a book on the recent history of Peruvian food titled El Gusto es Nuestro (2018) and collaborates for different magazines in Peru and abroad.
