MIPPP, the bakery technologies area, confirms the partnership with Consorzio SIPAN, as the events schedule grows. Over 900 companies have already registered (44 percent from abroad).
There’s just over a year to go until the ribbon-cutting ceremony of Host 2025, the world’s leading event in professional hospitality and food retail, at fieramilano in Milan-Rho from 17 to 21 October next year.
Next year’s edition is increasingly marked by internationalisation: more than 900 companies have already registered, 400 of them (44 percent) from abroad, from all five continents. To date, the most represented countries are confirmed to be, in order, Spain, Germany, France, the USA and the Netherlands. The strong point of the event will be once again the multi-sector exhibition concept, combining a complete overview of innovation in the whole of professional hospitality with vertical insights into individual sectors, divided into three macro-areas : Food Service Equipment, Bakery Pizza Pasta; Coffee-Tea, Bars-Coffee Machines-Vending, Gelato-Pastry; Furniture-Technology and Tableware.
Within the vertical sectors, the exhibition of Bakery technologies and products will be centre stage at the next edition, which will revive the MIPPP - Milano Pane Pizza Pasta brand also thanks to an agreement with Consorzio SIPAN, whose leading Italian technology companies will bring next-generation innovation to Host 2025. Thanks to this organic growth, the area will further expand its audience to more targets of professional visitors, by bringing to the fair more bakers, distributors and retailers, among others.
At the same time, the schedule of events starts to populate, another of HostMilano’s great strengths. Among them, the return of Smart Label - Host Innovation Award stands out, the recognition for innovation in the industry promoted in collaboration with POLI.design, and with the patronage of ADI - Associazione per il Disegno Industriale (Industrial Design Association), whose participation details will soon be published.
In the meantime, Road to Host 2025 continues, the international roadmap to the next edition, which includes meetings with stakeholders in different modes in North and South America, Europe, the Gulf Countries and the Far East in conjunction with major international events.
