From Made in Italy abroad, the "top" exhibitors of Host2021 have only one recipe for the kitchens of the future: sustainability, technology and solutions capable of combining efficiency and energy saving.
Professional kitchens that wink at design, washing machines specifically designed for recyclable crockery, hyper-technological refrigeration solutions. Never like this year, professional catering will take the lion's share of the HostMilano pavilions thanks to the presence of a large group of top exhibitors, both Italian and foreign. “For our part, we present ourselves with a completely renewed look, the result of an intense process of redesign and rebranding. The company will therefore have a completely new logo, despite having historical roots thanks to the almost 100 years that have passed since its foundation. Among the products, the biggest novelty concerns the renewal of our range of kitchens, updated and redesigned to improve all functional, technological and ergonomic aspects", says Giacomo Lucchetta, head of the marketing department of Mareno ALI Group Srl. He says that, compared to a few years ago, there is “greater attention on the part of chefs in choosing the equipment that will make up their own kitchen. It is no longer enough for a product to be performing in itself, but it must also meet strict energy criteria.
Technology, then, can simplify the work in the kitchen and more and more chefs, or managers of restaurant chains or hotels, have understood the enormous time and economic advantages that this entails. Among other things, allowing compliance with very high quality standards". For this reason, concludes Lucchetta, the choice to present the company's rebranding could only fall on Host. "In this particular historical moment it is necessary to give a strong signal of presence, of closeness to our customers and to the entire sector". The Fiera Milano event as an ideal showcase for new products is the principle that inspired the presence of Hobart GmbH. "Among all the new entries, I would like to mention a washing machine that uses two separate compartments, capable of contemporary washing, but occupying the same space. Another novelty, a sustainable dishwashing system: designed to clean, in combination with our special detergents, recyclable plates, cups and glasses”, explains Cornelia Zeiger, Online Marketing Contact of the German company.
On the other hand, the solutions designed by Carel Industries for professional and commercial refrigeration are under the banner of the Internet of Things. "Our products are designed to support the professional catering business in all its forms, from the correct storage of food to the best display of the same. In addition to the wide range of customization options, both aesthetic and functional, Carel offers the most advanced control solutions for the high-efficiency devices typically used in these units. All with the aim of increasing performance and reducing energy consumption and the environmental impact”, assures Marisol Pezzutto, Marketing Operations Assistant of the Venetian company.
