For everyone, the goal will be to take a closer look at news of the sector, but also to meet in person to build together the future of professional hospitality.
An event where it will be essential to be present, to see closely how the entire Ho.re.ca sector will face the challenges of the new normal. Alongside the top players in national and international hospitality, Host2021 will be attended by a large group of buyers from the most important markets in the world, from North America to the United Arab Emirates, from Europe to Latin America passing through North Africa. In total, there are about 600 confirmed participants to date, to which all those who will arrive at Rho Fiera will be added, thanks to the countless partnerships that the event has signed with some of the most important international associations.
“It will be very important to go back to communicating in person with people, to build new relationships and resume those interrupted”, explains for example Mohamed Kamal, Area Director of Procurement for the United Arab Emirates of the Anantara hotel chain. "As an architect and interior designer, to win the challenges of the future, it will be necessary to find the right formula to offer your customers the mix of quality, a good location and the right value for money", says Medhat Etman, founder of Integration Egypt, who adds: “Our focus is concentrating on the implementation of increasingly efficient hygiene measures and on a particularly felt issue such as sustainability”.
On the other hand, from one end of the globe to the other, the main problem for the actors of the various hospitality supply chains will be precisely that of understanding what kind of needs will accompany the coming years. “The forms of professional hospitality have now permanently changed. But one aspect hasn't changed: the importance of understanding in advance how consumers think and behave. Influencing these new behaviors has become more difficult than ever,” explains Edward Harvey, Food & Beverage Strategist at Concept Development. “This is why being at Host will give the opportunity to have an unparalleled look at the world of hospitality and food, thanks to the presence of exhibitors from over 40 countries“.
But another plus of the 2021 edition will be given by the simultaneous holding of Host and TUTTOFOOD. "It will be a great opportunity to see professional catering equipment in action, since it is rare to see the raw materials and machinery needed to transform them united under one roof," adds Krisztina Szabo, General Manager of Thomas Klein International, that at the exhibition will look for news and new products for everything related to foodservice equipment.
Innovation that will also be at the center of the participation in Host of an overseas buyer such as Brad Pierce, President of Restaurant Equipment World and Critical Supply World. “This is an event where it is essential to be present, even more so this year. I expect to find innovative solutions there, able to help operators overcome challenges such as those related to automation, speed and efficiency. Three issues that are particularly felt today in the US, due to the new ways of working and the massive use of delivery".
