From the Gelato Pastry Shop to the professional catering, passing through the white art, the restart of the sector is staged at fieramilano.
“We are optimistic. The challenges of the last two years will lead the whole sector to renew itself and grow more than before. Precisely for this reason Host represents the right time to present all the new products, establish new relationships and resume old ones". The clearest answer to the question about the future of trade shows - better in presence or virtual? - comes from the voice of the companies that, next month, will be present in the Rho Fiera pavilions with their solutions designed for the recovery of the sector. "For our part, we wanted to go further, and launch the new range of solutions that, in the wake of the delivery boom, allows the purchase and delivery of food, simply by using your smartphone", explains Mário Rodrigues, Marketing Manager of the Portuguese company Josè Julio Jordao. “At Host2021, however, there will also be our horizontal and vertical showcases dedicated to ice cream, also designed for grab and go use. But always in the name of energy saving and sustainability".
The same principles also inspire the innovations of Dihr, a company belonging to the Ali Group, which deals with professional washing solutions for catering (as evidenced by the recognition received at the 2021 edition of the Smart Label Innovation Award). “We have introduced equipment with which it is possible to wash at temperatures capable of reaching the thermal disinfection range up to A0 = 60 according to the EN ISO 15883-1 standard”, says marketing manager Alexia Brazzalotto. “We have also focused heavily on energy savings, with improved consumption up to 25%, and on ease of use, with the new models of pot washers equipped as standard with an innovative drain system and the new TFT touch control panel”. Finally, the white art segment, which has always seen KitchenAid Europe as one of the leading exhibitors.
"As far as we are concerned, in addition to the professional products dedicated to the Horeca channel, the latest line launched will not be missing at the fair, a suite of wireless products (hand blender, chopper and mixer), capable of guaranteeing maximum performance with all the possible freedom”, concludes Marketing Director Katia Caneva. She adds: “Innovation and creativity in the kitchen have always been the company's flagships. All our products guarantee excellent performance with an eye to the big issues that surround us. Just think of our planetary mixer, which with its direct drive motor eliminates any loss of power as well as energy waste”.
