From the purchase of tickets to safety equipment outside and inside the fair, here is everything you need to know to participate in the 42nd edition of the International Hospitality Exhibition.
We are finally here, the time has come to warm up the engines to prepare for the visit to Host2021, on stage from 22 to 26 October. Here is some essential information on what to do and how to get around in advance, but also the safety equipment that we will find at the fair during the five days of the event.
The tickets
With the pre-sale receipt, equipped with a QR Code that will be sent by email, it is possible to enter the fair directly. The purchase link is: https://host.fieramilano.it/en/visitare/biglietteria.html
The presale service will be active until the last day of the event.
It is important to consider that the tickets will also give access to the fairs that take place simultaneously with HostMilano, TUTTOFOOD and MEAT-TECH.
The entry into the exhibition
Access to the neighborhood takes place only after checking the body temperature. The constant use of masks is mandatory. In the wardrobes, clothing and personal items will be stored in special garment bags. From 31 August 2021, access to the fair must be accompanied by the display of the Green Digital Pass: hubs will be available at the entrances to the fairgrounds where a rapid antigen test can be carried out on site.
Cleaning and hygiene
All the surfaces of greatest contact (handles, handrails, push-button panels, etc.) will be cleaned carefully. Disinfectant gel dispensers will be set up in the areas of greatest walkability. The air recirculation functions will be excluded in the pavilions, thus ensuring adequate ventilation.
The stands
The exhibition spaces have been reorganized to encourage respect for interpersonal distancing and to ensure better management of the flow of people. Each exhibitor, within its own exhibition space, must comply with the rules for combating and limiting the spread of COVID-19 as well as ensuring the internal cleanliness of its stand.
Catering
The catering area in the stand must be organized in such a way as to ensure compliance with interpersonal distancing. It is possible to organize a buffet by means of administration by personnel in charge or self-service with packaged products and single portions.
