To exploit the possible synergies between the world of agrifood and that of hospitality, the exhibition concept will focus on the idea of a "global supply chain"
Three in one go. To take advantage of all the possible synergies between two highly complementary sectors such as agrifood and hospitality, this year HostMilano will not be the only one to occupy the pavilions of Rho Fiera. From 22 to 25 October, alongside the global equipment hub, not only TUTTOFOOD, the leading event in the agri-food ecosystem, will take place simultaneously, but also MEAT-TECH, the event dedicated to meat processing technologies and ready meals.
An additional opportunity, which will allow the key-players of the various sectors to fully grasp the opportunities of the restart by putting on the plate a parterre of about 1,800 exhibitors from over 40 countries, to which will be added, thanks to the continuous ICE/ITA Agency support, an important presence of buyers from areas of particular interest, all united by the concept of "global supply chain", from semi-finished products to transformation and equipment, to shopping opportunities in large-scale distribution and retail and consumer styles in the catering sector.
As for TUTTOFOOD, in line with one of the most recent trends such as "healthy eating", the new entry within the exhibition itinerary will concern the TUTTOFRUIT area, where you can find, among other things, dried, dehydrated and fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, legumes, organic fruit and vegetables and IV and V range products. An area that will be added to the sectors launched in recent editions such as TUTTOHEALTH - always confirming the attention to the healthy, natural and organic world - TUTTODIGITAL and TUTTOWINE (in the latter case, the focus on the presentation of the territories and their excellent productions will be even greater, which will be accompanied by selected tastings that will give Italian and foreign buyers the opportunity to discover even the most particular and sought-after vines and terroirs).
The 2021 edition will also see an organic focus on consolidated sectors: TUTTODAIRY, TUTTODRINK, TUTTOFROZEN, TUTTOGROCERY, TUTTOHEALTH, TUTTOMEAT, TUTTOOIL, TUTTOPASTA, TUTTOSEAFOOD, TUTTOSWEET, TUTTOWORLD.
According to tradition, TUTTOFOOD 2021 will also be a highly quality-oriented edition with high-profile content not only in the exhibition area, but also in the dense schedule of events. Starting with the Retail Plaza, which over the years has increasingly become the event where to take stock of innovation in large-scale distribution and retail, which this year will make use of partnerships with the academic world and the reference media, as well as the collaboration of the Retail Institute Italy, the reference association of the sector in our country, and of a format rethought and produced together with Business International - Fiera Milano Media.
Another highly confirmed return will be that of Evolution Plaza, dedicated to innovation in its more technological aspects: apps, food delivery, e-commerce, traceability. An arena for the most current solutions and soul of the TUTTODIGITAL area, which will propose initiatives from both large players and innovative start-ups, accompanied by good practices brought by exhibitors. The Innovation Area space will also be of great importance, with the new Better Future Award, an event held in collaboration with the magazines Gdoweek and Mark UP, dedicated to the most innovative products in the sector, and during which the awarded products will be exhibited.
Also renewed the collaboration between TUTTOFOOD and APCI, the Professional Association of Italian Chefs, which will collaborate on a shows schedule, a real Academy and numerous VIP moments during the days of the event.
Finally, on 26 October TUTTOFOOD will host an event organized in collaboration with Pastaria, the leading publication for the world of pasta, which will allow you to explore with experts and chefs this rapidly growing sector.
