Today, more than ever, we can say that the home of HostMilano is the whole world. This leading trade fair for out-of-home food services, which will next be held at Fieramilano from 13 to 17 October 2023, is forging ahead with preparations for the 42nd edition, working in close collaboration with its partners in all sectors.

One of the fair’s main trump cards has always been its highly international nature, and the forthcoming edition will be no exception: no fewer than 44% of companies that have so far registered are foreign. The top nations represented are European: Spain, Germany and France, followed by the United States, Greece, Portugal and the UK.

As for the sectors covered (in terms of percentages of companies registered), Foodservice comes out on top with 46%, followed by Coffee/Bars with 28% and Tableware with 13%.

Partner companies are a valuable asset, and HostMilano intends to offer new, useful initiatives in order to extend its activities globally. Now, thanks to collaboration agreements between Fiera Milano and Informa Markets, which is the organiser of FHA Ho.Re.Ca. (the hospitality trade show to be held from 25 to 28 October 2022 in Singapore), the HOST PAVILION project has been created. This is a special area reserved for HostMilano’s partner companies, which aims to sound out the business opportunities offered by the thriving market of Singapore and South-East Asia, using an efficient, streamlined formula. The turnkey package guarantees maximum visibility and a series of related services. It will be an invaluable opportunity to meet visitors to the event, and to present to them the best of the world of Hospitality, under the “umbrella” of HostMilano.

As well as offering a display space with a pre-built stand, it will provide various services such as special rates for the transportation of merchandise, travel and accommodation agreements, and various visibility and communication elements, which will be maximised for companies taking part in both events, FHA Ho.Re.Ca 2022 and HostMilano 2023.
