At Host 2023 – which takes place at Fieramilano in Rho from next Friday 13th to Tuesday 17th October – Bars, Coffee Machines, Vending with Coffee-Tea (halls 14-18 and 22-24, South and West Gates) and Gelato and Pastry (Halls 6-10, East Gate), will come together in a large macro-area designed to offer a better visitor experience and create interesting supply chain synergies.
This is one of the most well-established sectors for what is the leading event in international hospitality and foodservice, and which this year involves 42% of the exhibitors present at the fair. Italian and foreign companies will take visitors on an exciting journey through the latest innovations in the field of ingredients and semi-finished products, decorations, as well as food processing, preparation and conservation equipment, machinery and accessories.

To complete the experience, HostMilano once again this year becomes the stage for engaging contests and creative competitions, prizes and meetings devoted to bars, coffee, ice cream and pastry, to learn all about the very latest techniques from the great masters of the art.

Still in the Gelato-Pastry world, Elenka is also committed to pastry sustainability, as explained by Alessandro Li Muli, from the marketing & communications department: “For some years we have been taking steps to minimise the use of plastic packaging in favour of materials that have a much lower environmental impact."
