Pioneer in Brazilian culinary education, Rosa Moraes launched the country’s first gastronomy course. Today, she serves as Public and Institutional Relations Director at Le Cordon Bleu São Paulo and as Tourism and Hospitality Ambassador for Ânima, Brazil’s largest and most innovative educational ecosystem. Recently, UniBH, a member of the Ânima ecosystem, partnered with Le Cordon Bleu to bring the highest standards of culinary education to Belo Horizonte. A mentor to many visionary chefs reshaping Brazilian cuisine and gaining international acclaim, Rosa is also a strong advocate for Gastromotiva, a social project transforming lives through gastronomy. She serves as the Brazil Chair for The World’s 50 Best Restaurants and Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants and has made her debut as a judge on the culinary reality Netflix show Iron Chef Brazil.
