Sabrina Cuculiansky

Sabrina Cuculiansky is an Argentinian journalist and communicator. She is a gastronomy critic for the newspaper La Nación, she wrote books, publications and TV columnist on gourmet trends. She has been in charge of the Gastronomy section for La Nación Magazine for 15 years. She has created and directs the education and dissemination platform of Exigí Buen Café coffee since 2012. Shee has traveled the world interviewing the greatest references of world gastronomy. She published Barista en Casa (Ebook 2020); Cómo elegir tu espumante (Ebook 2020); El Libro del Café (Editorial Catapulta, 2017); El Vino en Zapatillas (Editorial Albatros 2018); and the restaurant guides Hay Que Ir (2011, 2013).
