Alexandra Gorsche has been baking since she was a child. She now focuses on developing recipes with a healthy background, including the ketogenic diet, but also the focus on regional and seasonal recipes. Alexandra Gorsche is the managing partner and publisher of the trade magazine Falstaff Profi and in addition together with her partner the owner of the food blog Genusspunkt. Born in 1981 in Graz, Styria, the legal expert and mediator decided after positions at dbv-Verlag (specialist publisher for tax and business law) and Anton Paar GmbH to combine her personal passion with her profession and switched to the culinary media world. After the editor-in-chief of the trade magazine Oscars (magazine for hotels and restaurants), she took over the editor-in-chief of the specialist magazine Falstaff Profi, formerly Falstaff Karriere, in 2014. Now working as an editor, the B2B sector, including current career topics, is one of the passionate connoisseurs' focus. In 2015, Alexandra Gorsche launched the Falstaff Young Talents Cup, a unique competition for the promotion of young talent for the hotel and gastronomy business.
