HostMilano, instructions for use

From the online ticket office to the protocols, passing through the changes in the exhibition area, the countdown for the 42nd edition of the event has begun

Less than three months to the start of the exhibition - the appointment for the 42nd edition is set for 22-25 October - at HostMilano everything is ready to welcome visitors and exhibitors in full safety. Tickets for the event, which will also allow access to the other two fairs that will take place on the same days, namely TUTTOFOOD and MEAT-TECH, can be purchased online now at www-host.fieramilano.it/visitare/biglietteria.html; their owners will be able to enter the exhibition center directly with the pre-sale receipt with QR Code sent via email.

To reward those who decide to book in advance, the organizers have provided early bird tickets: by connecting to the site from August 2 to September 20, it will be possible to enjoy special discounts (1 day € 50.00 instead of € 65.00; 2 days € 55.00 instead of € 75.00; 3 days € 85.00 instead of € 115.00; 5 days € 95.00 instead of € 130.00). The presale service will still be active until the last day of the event (26 October 2021).

Maximum attention will then be dedicated to Safe Together, the safety protocol developed by the Fiera Milano Group which includes not only the numerous structural interventions carried out in the physical space of the exhibition area (https://www.fieramilano.it/sicurinsieme/), but also full compliance with the rules and health provisions issued at national level for the entire exhibition sector.

Within the exhibition center, the exhibition spaces have been reorganized to encourage respect for interpersonal distancing and to ensure better management of flows, always taking into account that both exhibitors and visitors must always wear masks.

Furthermore, the cleaning activity will be intensified through the implementation of fixed sanitary facilities and frequent cleaning interventions of all the surfaces of greatest contact (handles, handrails, push-button panels, etc.), while disinfectant gel dispensers have been put in place in areas of high walkability. Not to mention the fact that the air recirculation functions have been excluded in the pavilions, thus ensuring adequate ventilation. Similarly, the attraction poles of the event will be distributed evenly throughout the exhibition area, with the aim of regulating the turnout and promoting the maintenance of interpersonal distance.
