Digitization, new approaches, sustainability and design will be addressed by protagonists of the hospitality world who will propose innovative case histories: every Monday in June, on the platform Zoom.
Four transversal and international webinars to look at the future of HoReCa, exploring the trends that are changing the world of hospitality, from the offer to its use: this is the goal of Host4Future. The HostMilano project is part of the consolidated mission of the International Hospitality Exhibition to build an international hub that brings together high-level experts on its channels throughout the year, with the aim of supporting its partners by presenting an in-depth analysis of current trends, best practices and international scenarios.
The appointment with the Host4Future webinars is from 7 to 28 June every Monday at 4 pm CET, to allow them to be enjoyed by all the public who will connect from various parts of the world. The webinars will be held in English on the Zoom platform, in the presence of a rich panel of experts and professionals moderated by the journalist Leiti Hsu, who is confirmed as Host Ambassador in the BeMyHost project (https://host.fieramilano.it/be-my-host/ambassador-2021.html). Topics such as digitization, new approaches, sustainability and design will be addressed by speakers chosen from among the protagonists of the world of hospitality at large who are doing something truly innovative in the sector, and whose experience can be an inspiration for companies and professionals of HoReCa.

Green Is The New Black, on June 7.
Attention to a "new green wave" is now a topic of fundamental importance for anyone working in the Ho.Re.Ca. The sector, thanks to the use of technology and innovation, has all the potential to make an important qualitative leap. The webinar will analyze the approaches that result in the adoption of new machinery and processes, in the strong focus on reducing energy consumption and waste and in the reduced use of bulky and plastic packaging.
A focus on the circular economy at the service not only of the consumer, but above all at the service of the companies operating in the hospitality sector and looking for green ideas.
