To begin, do not miss the initiatives put in place by the Bakery Association of Milan and the Provinces of Confcommercio Milano, protagonists with the Bakery Academy. In the association's stand, there will be laboratory sessions, meetings with food journalists and tastings, with a real 'gem': the Milanese Bakers will provide their contribution to the creation of the best stuffed sandwich, symbol of 100% Italian Street Food.
Cooking shows and training moments will also animate the stand of the pasta makers of A.P.Pa.Fre. - Fresh Pasta Producers Association of Small and Medium Enterprises which, during the five days of the event, will present their products with the aim of enhancing the issues related to the world of Pasta, from the choice of fresh and high quality raw materials, to the use of appropriate machinery and equipment.
For the second time, Panettone World Championship will return to the Rho Fiera pavilions; the world challenge by the Masters of Mother Yeast is dedicated to the dessert par excellence prepared in countries such as Spain, Singapore, Brazil, Argentina and, of course, Italy. To decide the name of the winner, a technical jury, a quality jury and a popular jury, which in their evaluations will emphasize the importance of the quality, value and uniqueness of traditional artisan panettone.
The menu dedicated to white art closes with Slices - Pizza Culture for Professionals (by Pizza and Pasta Italiana): seminars, cooking shows, debates and real “slices” of organizational culture and processing techniques dedicated to pizza professionals.
