This year's Expo will kick off with a memorable event: THE WORLD TROPHY OF TIRAMISU. At the moment, the teams already registered for the championship are: Italy, Japan, China, Peru, Colombia, Australia, France, and the Netherlands. The registration deadline is 30 January 2023. As many as 12 nations will be competing for the title. The competition will see 2 teams competing on the same day with a maximum time of 4 hours each. At the same time, there will be demonstrations of Ice Cream and Hard Pieces. Fipgc ice-cream makers belonging to the Italian Excellence Teams will unleash their imagination by creating cups and catering dishes dedicated solely to ice cream.

 

 

 

SUNDAY 15 OCTOBER 2023

 

At the end of the day’s events, there will be awards ceremonies and the World Champion Tiramisu and the World Champion Pastry and Ice Cream team will be crowned.

 

At the same time, there will also be the end of work for the Bakery Awards with the related awarding ceremony.
