The World Trophy of Pastry Gelato and Chocolate

THE WORLD TROPHY OF PASTRY GELATO AND CHOCOLATE finally returns in its 4th edition. Twelve nations from four continents will compete in a battle of sweets and ice cream. The teams will consist of three elements engaged in respectively: 1) Artistic Piece in Artistic Sugar and preparation of Modern Cake 2) Artistic Piece in Artistic Pastry and preparation of single-portion Ice Cream 3) Artistic Piece in Artistic Chocolate and preparation of 2 pralines. At the moment, selections have been held in Australia, China, Japan, Peru, and Colombia. We are looking forward to the national selections for the teams of: Italy, Mexico, France, Romania, Hungary, Argentina and the Netherlands.

 

At the same time, there will be the CHEF AWARDS FOR BAKERIES. The side workshop will feature Chef-Bakers who will create Artistic Bread in combination with their local breads.

 

 

 

SUNDAY 15 OCTOBER 2023

 

THE WORLD TROPHY OF PASTRY GELATO AND CHOCOLATE will see its second day of competitionAt the end of the day’s events, there will be awards ceremonies and the World Champion Tiramisu and the World Champion Pastry and Ice Cream team will be crowned.

 

At the same time, there will also be the end of work for the Bakery Awards with the related awarding ceremony.
