Now in its second year, the MOKA CHALLENGE is set to return Oct. 17 at FIERA MILANO AT HOST!
The competition aims to reward those who can best extract coffee using the "Moka" method.
The competition is open to all.
The beverage should be served in the appropriate 3-dose mocha cup (three cups) provided by the organization and should measure 5 cl volume per serving. Some additional ingredients are not allowed. All participants will be given 10 minutes, these include time for preparation and drink drawing-the countdown will start from 10 minutes. If the participant serves the drink beyond the time limit he/she will be disqualified.
