The European Pizza Championship organized by the magazine Pizza e Pasta Italiana goes back in October to Host 2023, Milan. Professional pizzamakers of all Europe will battle to win the much-coveted title. Anselected panel of experts will decide the winner according to criteria of taste, presentation, pairing of taste and baking and the skills of each competitor.

The European Pizza Championship is the showcase of the most loved Italian dish in the World, every European city has its own pizzerias, often supervised by fellow countrymen, but also because pizza is a common good and the art of the Neapolitan pizzaiolo is intangible heritage of humanity.

The latest edition of the European Pizza Championship has been held in Host 2019. In that occasion more than 50 pizzaiolos coming from Italy, France, Hungary, Sweden, Spain and Switzerland have battled.

We can only wait for a new heart-pounding challenge which will inebriate visitors in Host, with all the taste of the good old continent.
