ASSOFOODTEC is the Italian Association that gathers together Manufacturers of Machines, Plants, Equipment for food production, processing and preservation and benchmark for Italian industry within ANIMA. Total production of the sector amounts to over 4.3 billion euro, 66% of which to foreign markets. FIAC - Italian Association of Homeware, Tableware and similar articles Manufacturers - established in 1949 within ANIMA CONFINDUSTRIA, represents Italian manufacturers of tableware, household and similar products and includes companies operating in Flatware, Cutlery, Cookware and Holloware. The sector records a production of 890 million euro, 60% of which from export.

AQUA ITALIA - Association of primary water producers, has been representing for over 40 years manufacturers of plants, equipment, accessories, components and chemical products for the treatment of civil and industrial primary waters. The branch represents about 700 million euro production, more than a half from internal market.

At Food-Technology Lounge is also present EFCEM Italia, the National Association of Manufacturers of Catering Equipment and Professional Hospitality. It represents main industrial realities for different product lines: from food preservation to food processing, applied to cooking and distribution, to warewashing and clothes washing and treatment. The Italian industrial sector of professional equipment is world leader, with over 5 billion euro production and over 70% export share. EFCEM Italia is part of APPLiA Italia, the Confindustria association that gathers together companies operating in Italy in the domestic and professional appliances branch, attaining over 15 billion euro production, 10 billion euro of which from export. EFCEM Italia represents Italian sector of professional Ho.Re.Ca equipment in Europe through the European Association EFCEM - European Federation of Catering Equipment Manufacturers.
