Federcuochi's collaboration with Host Milano is renewed. From 22 to 26 October, the FIC Academy will host experts in the sector: chefs who, through cooking shows and masterclasses will address key issues in the catering and hospitality sector, flanked by the presentations of FIC partner companies.

 

This will mean a moment of training and discussion for the visitors for the post-pandemic restart. FIC - the Italian Cooks Federation awaits you for five days full of appointments.

 

Masterclasses, training and much more at the FIC Academy during the five-day event. Institutions, journalists, partners and experts in the sector will be present to meet and reconsider the gastronomic offer and the national and territorial hospitality in the post-Covid period.
