Pastry Magazine is setting up a gallery to display over 200 works and stage live cooking events of pastries makers from Italy and the world.

 

The five days will be an explosion of sugar work, chocolate, pastillage, vegetable carving, pastry making with live demonstrations, as well as chemistry and merchandise lessons, sales lessons and focus on product packaging in marketing perspective that pastry chefs can exploit to boost sales.

 

There will also be lessons with the pastry, ice cream and chocolate world champions and with Italian and international pastry and cake design teams of excellence.
