The much-anticipated appointment with the stage of excellence of APCI (Associazione Professionale Cuochi Italiani) is back. All eyes will be on all the expressions of the food service world.

For the next edition of Host, APCI, together with Dynamo Lab, will be organising the Horeca Digital Academy project offering theoretical and practical training to the restaurateurs of today and tomorrow. Nowadays, simply knowing how to cook or serve customers is not enough to run a restaurant. Like any other company, the administration requires a managerial and digital approach. Horeca Digital Academy will provide information, approaches and exchanges to show how to get the most out of your business and take the big step towards success.

The approach involves all the players of the hospitality world, who will take turns on stage. Cooks, pastry chefs, bakers, pizza makers, opinion leaders, influencers, technical experts and institutional partners will provide the perfect balance of show cooking events, debates, teaching and conviviality.

Projected as ever into the future of food service, APCI will be presenting their point of view by involving young chefs. The #APCI Chef Italia National Team, seen by many as the "flagship" of the association, will be attending and flanked by the national and foreign APCI Delegations to tell about local products and those of the ingredient hub with cooking demonstrations and insights into the best the contemporary market offers.
