The main objective of the "Moka Challenge" competition is to reward the person who can best extract coffee using a moka. The drink must be served in special moka cups for three servings (three cups), with a volume of at least 5 cl per serving. It is essential to respect the purity of the coffee: no additional ingredients are allowed here.

Rules and Timing

All participants will have:

   - **5 minutes for the initial setup:** During this time, competitors can set up their mise en place, test the coffee grind and prepare the induction plate.

   - **10 minutes for the actual competition:** This interval includes the time needed for the preparation and extraction of the drink. The countdown will start at 10 minutes. If the drink is served after the time limit, the participant will be disqualified.

Storytelling and Presentation

A thorough and engaging presentation is required during the competition, in which participants must explain their preparation process, the techniques used and the characteristics of their chosen coffee. The mise en place must be impeccable to ensure quality service.
