Legally recognized trade association and leader in promoting the image of the chef and Italian food and wine culture. The FIC represents Worldchefs in Italy, to which over 100 National Federations from the five continents belong.

 

Federcuochi's mission is developed through enhancing the skills of chefs, raising awareness among professionals and young people about continuous training, transmitting gastronomic culture in the country and abroad, spreading culinary traditions by encouraging sustainability.
