Cake Designers World Championship and World Trophy of Pastry, Ice Cream and Chocolate

The selections for the finalists who will compete in the 2019 edition of the FIPGC Cake Designers World Championship and the FIPGC Pastry, Ice Cream and Chocolate World Championship organised by the International Federation of Pastry, Ice Cream and Chocolate are underway. 

 

Also organised once every two years, the championships will be held for the third time during Host Fiera Milano, respectively on October 23 and 24, 2021 and on October 25 and 26, 2021.
