Luxury Pastry? at Host 2023, Iginio Massari makes it a reality

With over 30 Italian and international guests, including prominent guests from abroad such as Michel Belen Albi, Markus Bohr, Pierre Marcolini, François Stahl, Andrea Zanin.

Building on the success of previous editions, Iginio Massari returns to HostMilano (at fieramilano in Rho from 13 to 17 October) with Pasticceria di Lusso nel Mondo: an event within an event that will really bring the five-day trade fair to life and offer a unique and unforgettable experience to the visiting professional public.

 

“We are happy we have the same view of the pastry world as HostMilano. Events like this are important moments for exchange and professional growth, and are indeed essential for anyone in our line of business,” explained Master Massari. “To enable the sector to grow and help it evolve, we pastry chefs must work together with the organisers of important international events like this, sharing our knowledge and skills.”

 

Over 30 Italian and international guests will take turns on the HostMilano stage: confectioners, chocolate and gelato experts, but also company managers, human resources and marketing professionals, to make the potential of this profession fully known in all its nuances, in terms both of creating confectionery with an irresistible appeal and of the business side of the industry. Prominent among the big names in contemporary pastry coming from abroad are Michel Belen Albi, Markus Bohr, Pierre Marcolini, François Stahl, Andrea Zanin.

 

Together with them, Iginio and Debora Massari will take professional visitors to HostMilano on a journey around the world and will offer the opportunity not only to discover both traditional and innovative pastry specialities from all over the planet, but also to learn from the “greats” of this world the secrets of how they were able to transform their passion and creativity into a successful entrepreneurial and managerial idea.
