Presentation the MOCA White Book

On Thursday 23rd October at 9:30, in Pavilion 14 (room K, second floor) Istituto TiFQ will present the “MOCA White Book: guideline for the management of MOCA and the detection of responsibilities in design, manufacturing and use of technologies and plants in the agri-food sector”. The document places as a reference and a supporting document for manufacturers in the application of the risk evaluation and for Food Industries in the qualification of suppliers.
