FEDERAZIONE ITALIANA CUOCHI (FIC)

The Italian Federation of Chefs has always been involved in professional training and refresher courses, addressing any problem related to the category and to trends in the culinary sector. It programs its activities through divisions with specific areas of expertise, collaborating with numerous organizations  and ministries, and working alongside many leading companies in the agri-food sector for the promotion of gastronomic excellences and the certification of professional skills.
