The Milan and Province Cooks’ Association at HOST 2017

The Milan and Province Cooks’ Association, ran by top chef Giovanni Priolo, is already preparing a series of extremely important culinary and culture initiatives through the participation at the International Hospitality Exhibition of professional chefs, who will be taking to the stage with demonstrations and show-cooking events.
All of this will be linked by one leitmotif: to divulge the richness of traditional Italian cuisine and return the ingredients ‘of the past’ and grains of yesteryear to the daily dining table, a heritage of inestimable value capable of projecting us towards a healthier future.
The Milan and Province Cooks’ Association, whilst at HOST, will be working side by side with the AIC (Italian Celiacs’ Association) from one shared stand; an intentional collaboration born of great strength and conviction, a symbiosis fruit of the idea to provide training opportunities through a calendar of meetings and didactic seminars on celiac disease.
