A full schedule of events for all ages and tastes

Five days of show cooking with chefs, vip guests, tastings and discussions. Moreover, a special focus on young people and professional chefs. The National Team #APCI Chef Italy will tell the local products with cooking and insights, supported by domestic and foreign APCI Delegations.
The area will be the last step of the project "Goal Apprenticeship". It is a real casting where young new graduates at the school will show their practical and theoretical skills, in front of an audience of expert chefs, restaurant owners, managers of large hotel chains and buying groups, with a goal: to be selected for an internship in one of the most prestigious kitchens in Italy or abroad. The aim of the Professional Italian chefs Association (APCI) is to create a path that would involve in a fruitful exchange and mutual growth not only the students doing the internship, but also restaurateurs, who offer it, and teachers.
This is only the beginning of a development that definitely does not stop here. We all have a professional duty towards young people. So, the apprenticeship is a moment of growth for them, but it is also an exchange of time and knowledge for everybody. It allows to create a virtuous network among restaurateurs, chefs and apprentices.
On the other side of the area, in collaboration with Work & Turism, there will be a lot of meetings and job interviews dedicated to professionists who are looking for new career opportunities. They will have the possibility to give themselves a challenge and meet the principal players of the Ho.Re.Ca world.
