A comfortable designer-lounge will not only welcome F&B Managers from Italy and abroad attending the fair, but will also be the setting for a series of meetings, tutorials, and events as part of a well-planned program. The aim is to underline the growing importance of the figure of the Food & Beverage Manager, not only in the hotel sector but in all the catering facilities where the catering offering plays a fundamental role and, as such, deserves to be managed with a structured, managerial approach.
