Pizza with no boundaries, from glutenfree to vegan, all choices to satisfy a wide range of highly demanding people.
On the occasion of Host 2015 Pizza e Pasta Italiana togheter with Scuola italiana Pizzaioli, is organizing a series of meetings for operators.
The first event, will be dovoted to Gluten free and lactose free pizza, with showcooking and tasting, furthermore on 26th 27th October the European Pizza Championship will take in place. More than 80 partecipants form Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Austria, Swiss, and Great Britain.
