In four workshops in the stand of the Italian federation of chefs, FIC - Federazione Italiana Cuochi, from 18th to 20th October, theteam from 17 southern European countries will compete in the continental semi-finals of the Global Chef Challenge WACS (World Association of Chefs Societies) which, for the first time, includes a pastry section: the Global Pastry Chefs. The FIC sectors – Ateneo della Cucina Italiana, Maestri di Cucina and NIC (Nazionale Italiana Cuochi) – will then fill the spaces, particularly on 21st October, with innovative demonstrations of Finger Food and Buffets. On the last day, in the 2nd Coppa Delle Regioni (regions cup), eight couples will provide their own take on a typical Italian ingredient.
