Gluten free “COURSES IN BRIEF”, by AIC LOMBARDIA, is an initiative that was established with the purpose of promoting awareness of the gluten-free world with the general public in the restaurant and hospitality industry by providing, short, clear, simple and essential information that can give them food for thought and knowledge.
Each meeting will last 30 minutes, and the titles will alternate in succession throughout the day.
