The is an “exceptional” large event area, created in collaboration with APCI – Associazione Professionale Cuochi Italiani (professional association for Italian chefs) and Reed Gourmet, who will be showing off original variations regards four diverse sectors for the duration of the fair: cooking, patisserie, ice cream and planning.
Four different worlds, yet very close, will meet in a single, big event for 5 days of live lessons, held by the best industry professionals. For the very first time as a united group, Host will supply innovative solutions for trends in desserts, bread, and ice cream within eateries (including hotels), by getting key players from each sector to speak up.
